Finally justice is being made to Barga where many local artists and musicians have finally come out of their shelters and have chosen our town as the right location to fill the narrow winding streets with their artistic talents. When you walk around the historical centre, you will be surprised to see how many art exhibitions have been set up and how many musicians there are strumming their instruments in the squares. Colour and sound, art and music this is what Barga can now offer to its visitors.

Two important contributions to this new “artistic” reality is the creation of the new “Circolo dei Differenti” an association that offers a full range of high quality and international cultural events and entertainment during the summer until the 7th of September in the evocative setting of Villa Libano in Via del Sasso 9 and the Cultural Association “Venti d’Arte” that now runs the Town Hall Gallery in Via di Borgo 18 offering the visitor a renovated environment and various contemporary forms of art.
