Understanding the food we eat

The promotion of different foods can at times be misleading and therefore reading and interpreting the meaning of the food labels correctly, should be the main instrument in understanding our alimentation.

On Tuesday 22nd March at 9pm in the Sala Colombo in Barga, Dr Apostolos Kokkinis and Dr Erica Baroncelli, dietician, together with Dr Enzo Simonini, pharmacist and UNITRE Barga, organised a meeting on “being aware of what we eat” : the choice of the correct alimentation paying careful attention to food labels.”

The meeting was free and open to all those interested.
